We have a very simple pricing structure:

For Business:

On-site work is charged at £40 per hour spent at your premises.

There's no callout fee, but we do charge a minimum related to your proximity to Basingstoke. For example, Thatcham is 1.5 hour minimum.

Remote work is charged at £7.50 per quarter hour, with no minimum charge. This is dependent on the availability of a remote administration tool at your site.

For Home:

Work is charged at £30 per hour, with minumum charge for 1 hour.
