Welcome to Virtual Techie. We provide IT support to small businesses in and around Basingstoke, Reading, Newbury, Thatcham, and to home users local to Basingstoke.

Our way of working is very simple: There's no call centre, contract or irritating on-hold music, just an engineer on the end of the phone or onsite when you need one, and you only pay for the service when you use it. Our rates are very competitive, and we don't even charge for calls under 15 minutes from our regular customers.

Where practical we can work remotely via the internet. This not only limits environmental damage caused by travelling, but also improves response time and reduces costs - a saving which is then passed on to you.

Home users can also benefit from our wealth of IT experience at discounted rates. IT can be a tricky and personal thing, and increasingly it is becoming an essential part of home life for everyone, young and old, which is why we now offer our home user service.
