We don't hide behind call-streaming systems, call centres, receptionists that will leave you hanging in the ether or a number that will cost you a small fortune to ring. You get an engineer on the other end of the phone when you need one and no fuss in-between. IT is an increasingly personal thing and moving faster than ever: keeping up can be hard and time-consuming so our aim is to look after that part of your business and let you get on with running the rest.

It's a formula that works extremely well: we enjoy excellent professional relationships with the wide variety of businesses that already use our services. From a single person with a laptop to multi-national clients, we deliver the kind of personal service you might expect from an in-house team but with no committed overheads or ongoing staffing costs. We keep overheads low ourselves through extensive use of remote support tools and effective use of cloud services, so you'll find our rates very competitive.

The team consists of Ian Elvar, who founded the company in 2006 after ten years in IT support and consultancy roles, both public and private sector; Steven Elvar, who joined in 2011 following a lengthly career as an IT manager; and Laura Martin, who keeps the accounts up to date and the paperwork tidy. Between us, we have skills that range from basic desktop applications to full virtualised solutions for enterprise, along with a flair for hardware repairs that our competitors find very hard to match.
